Recipes from Central-northern Italy (alla Bolognese, al Pesto, alla Carbonara, all’Amatriciana, alla Vodka) and recipes from Southern Italy and Sicily (al Pomodoro , agli Spinaci, all’Arrabiata, al Tonno, alla Paesana). “AL DENTE” COOKING

After opening several restaurants and in respect for the traditional values they sustain Francesca’s team worked out a “one-minute al-dente” cooking process to respect and maintain the taste and quality of well-cooked Italian pasta.
