Salsa Pesto


The internationally well-known pesto sauce is traditionally a product of the Genovese , it is composed mainly of freshly grounded basil leaves, and usually it is a particular kind of small-leaved basil of the Italian Rivera which is used in its composition.

Ingredients : Basil, olive oil, Grana Padano and Pecorino (cheese), garlic, pine kernels.
